A: We’re unifying our Pro and consumer websites into one destination: facerealityskincare.com. You’ll no longer access the site via pros.facerealityskincare.com, but rest assured—your Pro tools, resources, and pricing are all still available.
Q: Will it still feel like a Pro experience after I log in?
A: Yes. While the public homepage looks more client-facing, once you log in, you’ll see familiar resources and tools tailored just for professionals.
Q: How do I make sure I’m logged into my Pro account?
A: Click the person icon in the top-right corner 
and log in as usual with your existing credentials. You must be logged in to access wholesale pricing and Pro content.
Q: I accidentally paid retail pricing. What happened?
A: If you checked out without logging into your Pro account—or used a different Shop Pay login, you may have been charged retail pricing. Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number so that we can reconcile this for you at orders@facerealityskincare.com.
Q: How does this help me as an Acne Expert?

Q: I’m in the middle of training, will I lose my progress?
A: Not at all! Your course progress and quiz history will carry over seamlessly to the new site.
Q: Should I do anything before July 28?
We recommend completing any in-progress training or certifications before July 26 to avoid the downtime window.
Q: Where do I resume my training after launch?
A: Head to the “Acne HQ” section once logged in—it’s your central hub for training, resources, and tools.
Q: Will my order history be transferred over to the new website as well?
A: Yes, all of your order history will be merged into one place for you to easy access all orders you have placed, including any orders that were placed before you completed your certification.
Q: If I have products saved in my shopping cart before the website consolidation, will they remain in my cart?
A: We cannot guarantee that your shopping cart will be saved after the merger. Please place your orders prior to July 26th to avoid the downtime window.
